USG Announces Winners of IBA Top Specialist Brokers 2023, Pullen and Johnston

USG Insurance Services, Inc., a national wholesaler and MGA, is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Pullen, First Vice President: Producer/Broker: Environmental Division, and Cyndi Johnston, Vice Presidents: Producer/Broker: Garage & Transportation Division, have been selected as two of Insurance Business America top Specialist Brokers 2023.

Pullen has 37 years of industry experience, including 19 years of specialization in Environmental. Elizabeth is vital in the growth and success of the Environmental division at USG, as she has extensive carrier relationships and a wealth of expertise of environmental operations and exposures. Elizabeth consistently grows her book of business year over year, and receives positive written feedback from the retail partners she works with.

Johnston has 21 years of experience specializing in Auto Haulers, 6 of those years spent with USG. Cyndi designed and wrote the Auto Hauler program at USG, and created the Diminished Value Endorsement as a solution for the same or better coverage at a lower cost for her insureds. Cyndi has also created the On Hook and Boat Haulers Programs, always innovating coverage options. Cyndi has been a member of USG’s Leader’s Club since 2018 and is one of the leaders in positive feedback and comments from her agents.

This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to expand operations nationwide and continue to provide innovative solutions for the risk management industry.
